  1. I just want to take this opportunity to say a big thanks to everyone for all their messages and good wishes sent following the announcement this weekend. The response has been overwhelming.
    It is a real surprise and honour to recieve this award and my thanks go out to those individuals who nominated me and to the amazing team at Moulton who are equally deserving of this recognition.

    Have had many people ask what recipe we use for our wholemeal bread so here goes, this is for bread machines only.
    390ml water
    3 tablespoons skimmed milk powder
    3 tablespoons sunflower oil
    2 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
    1 1/2 teaspoons salt
    528g wholemeal flour - you can mix this half with dark white if you dont want a full wholemeal loaf
    3/4 teaspoon yeast
     
    We then cook this for 3hrs and 40 mins on our wholemeal loaf setting.
